Latent Forms kicks off with its first ever release, and it comes from Laszlow, an artist who’s been quietly crafting music for over twenty years. Emergency Landing arrives as a two-part offering, with Laszlow drawing on his early 90s acid techno influences to deliver a pair of mixes built around the same hypnotic core. The 134 mix opens the EP with a driving, high-energy take, squelching acid lines and propulsive rhythms pushing the track forward at full throttle. The 132 mix follows with a slightly slower, more spacious reworking of the same idea, letting the acid textures breathe and giving the groove a deeper, more rolling feel. Together, the two versions offer a study in tempo and tension, same DNA, different energy, marking a confident first step for the label and an artist with plenty more to come.
