Producer Coaching

What this isn’t

This isn’t a course. There’s no secret formula, no magic plugin, no step-by-step process that works the same for everyone. It’s one producer working directly with you to help you get out of your own way and finish music. That only works if you show up ready to do the same.

What’s included

Four sessions spread across a month, one hour each. We start with where you’re at, pick the strongest unfinished track you have, and take it from wherever it is now to finished and ready to release. By the end of the month you’ll have one track done and a clearer idea of how to do it again on your own.

Session 1: Getting Started

We talk. I listen to where you’re at, what you’ve been working on and what’s been getting in the way. You leave with one assignment: pull 10 projects that still feel alive. Unfinished, close to done, whatever. Just the ones with potential.

Session 2: Picking Your Track

We go through those tracks together, pick the strongest one and decide where it needs to go. You take it away and work. The goal is arrangement… get it as close to done as you can before we meet again.

Session 3: Doing the Work

We review what you’ve built. Fix what needs fixing, tighten what needs tightening. By the end of this session the track should be done structurally. Your assignment is to make any final adjustments so it’s ready to mix.

Session 4: Releasing It

We mix it. Walk through the process together and get it to a place you’re happy with. You leave with a finished, mixed track and a clear sense of how to do it again.

What happens to the track

That’s up to you. Release it yourself, submit it to labels… or if you want, we can talk about releasing it through Latent Forms. Either way, it goes out. That’s the whole point.

Who this is for

You’re technically capable. You know your DAW, you understand the process, you’ve made tracks you’re proud of… you just can’t seem to get them over the line. Or you finish them but they sit there because you don’t know what to do next. That’s exactly where I can help. This isn’t for producers just starting out. If you’re still learning the basics, come back when you’re stuck on something deeper.

Why I do this

I spent 25 years not finishing music. Thousands of projects sitting on a hard drive, most of them never heard by anyone. I know exactly what it feels like to love making music and still find every reason not to finish it. I also know what it feels like on the other side… and I’d rather help you get there without waiting as long as I did.
